Community Guidelines

Planz is for making real plans with real people. These rules keep it safe. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.

Be respectful

• No harassment, bullying, threats or intimidation.
• No hate speech or discrimination.
• No sexual content or unwanted advances. If someone says no or does not reply, move on.

Be real

• You must be 18 or older.
• Use your real name and your own photos. Do not impersonate anyone.
• No fake plans, spam, scams or ads.

Respect privacy

Do not share other people’s phone numbers, addresses or photos without their consent.

Show up

If you say you are in, go. If you cannot, tell the group early.

Stay safe

Meet in public places. If something feels wrong, leave. You can block anyone at any time.

Chats

Usernames and nudge titles are checked for offensive words. We do not filter words in private chats. To hide offensive words on your own screen, turn on Hide offensive words in Settings.

Reporting

Report a person or a message from its menu, or email support@planz.ae. A person reviews every report within 24 hours. We do not tell anyone who reported them.

What happens if you break the rules

We may remove content, warn you, suspend your account or ban you permanently. Serious violations lead to an immediate ban.
