1. Who we are

Planz is an app for making plans with people. It is run by Friction FZE LLC (“we”). By creating an account or using Planz, you agree to these Terms and our Community Guidelines. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older.
• One account per person. Use your real details.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

3. Your content

You own what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, show and share it inside Planz so we can run the service. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for messages that stay in chats other people are in.

Only post what you have the right to post. You are responsible for it.

4. Acceptable use

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Do not:

• harass, threaten, bully or intimidate anyone;
• post hate speech, or sexual, violent or illegal content;
• make unwanted advances;
• impersonate anyone or use a fake profile;
• spam, scam or advertise;
• share other people’s private information without their consent;
• break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the app.

5. Reports and moderation

You can report or block anyone in the app, or email support@planz.ae. We review reports within 24 hours. We remove content and suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these Terms, with or without notice. If you think we got it wrong, email us.

6. Venues and meeting up

Venue details come from venues and other sources, including Google. A Book link opens the venue’s own site. Any booking or payment is between you and the venue. Planz does not take payments.

We do not check who people are. Plans happen in the real world, and you are responsible for your own safety and conduct.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app or through planz.ae/delete-account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or to protect others.

8. No warranty and liability

Planz is provided “as is”, without warranties. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, for what other users or venues do, or for anything that happens at a plan. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and tell you in the app about important changes. If you keep using Planz, you accept the new Terms.
